What are your service areas?Presently we serve Axtell, West, Tours, Chalk Bluff, Elm Mott, Ross, Leroy, Lincoln City, Aquilla and Gholson Areas. If you don't see your area call us - we want to hear from you!

Can I throw away anything I want?No. Unfortunately, we cannot accept: Rocks, cinder blocks, dirt, bricks, stumps, concrete or other similar materials. Tree limbs greater than 1.5″ diameter or longer than 4 feet Construction or Demolition debris Oil, Liquid paint, milk or other liquids. Liquids must be dumped outside of the trash can and then the empty bottles or containers can be taken Batteries- lead acid vehicle, Lithium ion i.e. power tool, toys Over 1/4 of can filled with vegetative waste Electronics. Tires OVERWEIGHT- 100 pounds weight limit Any items with labels TOXIC, FLAMMABLE, CORROSSIVE, or OXIDIZING Propane/helium/oxygen or other welding bottles of gas Hazardous or Bio-hazard waste LARGE amounts of human or animal wastes. Animal Carcasses are not bagged and sealed tightly. Large vehicle parts (including tires) NO LIQUIDS ARE ACCEPTED! We have a 100-pound weight limit for each trash can.

Do I need to notify you about overages?No, you don't need to notify us in advance. Our collection team will count the number of bags and record any overages. However, if you regularly have overages, you might want to consider upgrading your service level for cost efficiency.

What day will my pick-up day be?Weekly on Saturdays. We reserve the right to modify the schedule based on demand.

What time of the day do you pickup my trash?We do not give out a specific time for pick up, but require trash to be placed on the curb before 6 am the day of your service. Since routes change constantly with the addition of new customers, as well as the creation of new routes on the same days, we cannot give a time out for pickup. Trash or Recycling cans not out by 6am may not be serviced and will not be picked up later if the truck has passed through the area.

What if I have more trash than my service level allows in a particular week?We understand that sometimes you may generate more waste than usual. To accommodate this, we allow 1 extra 33-gallon bag per week that doesn’t fit in your regular trash can. You may place this bag next to your can, as long as it is clearly separated from any recyclables. Additionally, you can place broken-down cardboard outside your can if it does not fit inside, provided it is cut or flattened to a manageable size. Any additional bags beyond the one included are billed at $2.00 per 33-gallon bag. If you consistently have more trash than your service level provides, we will ask you to upgrade your service for additional capacity.

What types of trash can I put out for collection?We accept bagged and trash. Bags can be small kitchen bags or large 33-gallon bags, as long as the total number of bags fits inside the provided trash can. Cardboard must be broken down.

How does weather affect residential trash pickup schedules at LoneWolf Trash Company?Weather conditions can impact residential trash pickup schedules at LoneWolf Trash Company. In case of inclement weather, such as heavy rain or snowstorms, there may be delays in trash collection to ensure the safety of our team and maintain service quality. Customers will be notified promptly of any schedule changes.

How do I pay my bill?Right though our website. We use the highest encryption technology to ensure that you credit card or debit card info is securely transmitted to us. You will be billed in advance of your service start date for the time period you have selected, so there is no bill you have to remember to pay on time or otherwise worry about. All the payment options are auto pay, where they will be withdrawn on the specified date shown, however you have the option to cancel service at any time and any remaining balance will be prorated back to you minus any return fees.

Can I mix bagged and loose trash?We ask that all trash be bagged as we collect each trash can by hand.

Is it okay to put trash bags directly on the curb?Yes, placing bagged trash directly on the curb is perfectly acceptable for our collection service.

How does billing work for overages?Any bags over your service level (more than 6 for Basic Service) will be billed as overages. The cost for each additional bag will be added to your next bill. This allows flexibility for weeks when you have extra trash without committing to a higher service level.

How should I handle cardboard?All cardboard must be broken down before collection. This helps us manage space efficiently and ensures we can collect all your trash within the service limits.

Are there any restrictions on the types of trash for add-on services?The same rules apply for all services. We collect standard household waste. Hazardous materials, electronics, and oversized items may require special disposal arrangements.

Does LoneWolf Trash Company provide a container, or do I need to buy a special container?LoneWolf Trash Company will provide a 50, 64 or 95 Gallon trash cans depending on the plan you select.

Can I use any type of trash can?Yes, you're free to use any standard trash can of your choice that you already own or purchase.

Is there a limit to how many overage bags you'll collect?While we strive to accommodate all your needs, there may be limits based on our truck capacity and local regulations. If you anticipate a significant increase in trash, please contact our customer service in advance.

It's the middle of the month, do I have to wait until the 1st to start service?No you can start anytime.

How often to you pickup?We pick-up once per week.

What extra care services are provided by LoneWolf Trash Company for residential trash pickup?In addition to regular trash pickup services, LoneWolf Trash Company offers extra care services such as bulky item collection, yard waste removal, and special event cleanup. Our team goes the extra mile to meet all your waste management needs.

Is there an additional fee if I use my own trash can?No, there's no additional fee for using your own trash can. This policy helps us maintain our low-price structure.

Do I have to sign a contract?No, you do not have to sign a contract. You just pay for the first month in advance and then you will be billed on a monthly schedule. When you want to terminate service just call us and we will finish the month you have paid for. We also offer quarterly and yearly billing options.

How will I know if I've been charged for overages?Any charges for overages will be clearly itemized on your next bill, showing the number of extra bags collected and the associated cost.

Are there other rate plans?Yes, we can customize a plan to suit your needs.

What is your refund policy?Our refund policy is that we will refund you any remaining balance to your last payment method, after the initial one month of service is paid for and completed, or any subsequent renewal has over one month of unpaid, unused balance. Your refund will be issued. As an example, if you paid for 6 months of service and then after 3 months you decide to move to another state and terminate your service, you will received the remaining 3 months of service refunded to your last payment method. Another example, if you cancel service after you have just renewed for a 3 month period, 2 of those months will be refunded. Monthly renewals have no refunds due to the short renewal time.

What if my card is declined?If your recurring subscription fee isn’t paid due to a declined/returned credit card. For example if you signed up for service on August 2nd and have chosen to pay every 3 months, your next charge would be November 2nd and each subsequent 3rd month of service after that. If you signed up on August 5th and chose the monthly payment option, you will be charged on the 5th of each month. You must login to the customer portal and update your payment information. Trash service will be suspended until payment is made.
