Service Description
LoneWolf Trash LLC (“Company”) provides curbside trash collection services to residential and commercial customers (“Customers”) in the Axtell, West, Tours, Chalk Bluff, Elm Mott, Lincoln City, Gholson, Aquilla, and Ross areas.
Service Schedule
Trash collection will occur on designated days as communicated to Customers. The Company reserves the right to adjust collection schedules due to holidays, severe weather, road conditions, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Customer Responsibilities
a. Customers must place trash at the curb by 6:00 AM on the scheduled collection day.
b. Trash must be properly bagged and placed inside approved containers. Loose trash will not be collected.
c. The Company provides trash cans to paying Customers. These trash cans remain the property of LoneWolf Trash LLC at all times.
In the event of non-payment, LoneWolf Trash LLC reserves the right to retrieve all trash cans supplied to the Customer after 14 days past the invoice due date. By using our services, the Customer authorizes LoneWolf Trash LLC and its representatives to enter the property for the sole purpose of retrieving Company-owned trash cans. Retrieval will be conducted in a reasonable manner and during normal business hours when possible.
d. Containers must not exceed a reasonable weight that can be safely handled by one person. Overfilled or unsafe containers will not be serviced.
e. Prohibited items will not be collected, including but not limited to:

Hazardous or toxic materials

Paint, solvents, oils, or chemicals

Batteries
-
Tires
-
Construction or demolition debris
-
Electronics (TVs, monitors, computers)

Medical or biohazard waste
-
Hot ashes or smoldering materials
f. Bulk Items: Items such as mattresses, couches, appliances, or other oversized items require prior approval and will incur an additional charge. Fees will be communicated and approved prior to pickup.
Missed Pickup Policy
Pickups may be missed for reasons including, but not limited to:

Trash not placed at the curb by the required time

Blocked or inaccessible containers

Overfilled, overweight, or prohibited contents

Unsafe conditions, loose animals, gated access, or impassable roads
Missed pickups due to Customer responsibility are not eligible for return service or refunds. Company-caused missed pickups will be addressed at the Company’s discretion.
Billing and Payment
a. Customers will be billed monthly, quarterly, or yearly in advance.
b. Payment Due: Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice or on the due date listed on the invoice, whichever comes first, and must be paid prior to the next scheduled pickup following invoice receipt.
c. Late Payments:

A $10 late fee will apply if payment is not received within 7 days of the invoice date.

After 14 days past due, service may be suspended and Company-owned trash cans may be retrieved.

Outstanding balances exceeding 14 days may result in permanent service discontinuation.
d. A $50 replacement fee will be charged for lost or damaged trash cans.
Refunds and Credits
No refunds will be issued for partial service periods. Credits for Company-caused service interruptions may be issued at the Company’s discretion.
Service Interruptions
a. The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by weather, road conditions, equipment breakdowns, or circumstances beyond its control.
b. In cases of severe weather or unsafe conditions, service may be delayed or suspended. Customers will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.
c. In the event of equipment breakdowns, the Company will:
i. Notify affected Customers via phone, text, email, website, or social media
ii. Make reasonable efforts to complete service within 72 hours of the scheduled pickup
Customer Conduct and Harassment Policy
LoneWolf Trash LLC is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful working environment.
Verbal abuse, harassment, threats, intimidation, or aggressive behavior toward Company staff—whether in person, by phone, text, email, social media, or any other communication—will not be tolerated.
The Company reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate service without refund for Customers engaging in such behavior. Company-owned trash cans will be retrieved in accordance with these terms.
Liability
The Company is not responsible for damage to Customer property unless directly caused by the Company’s negligence. Driveways and Surfaces. Garbage trucks are heavy vehicles. The Company is not liable for damage to driveways, curbs, landscaping, or other surfaces arising from normal service operations.
Bins. Customers are responsible for safeguarding bins from theft, vandalism, or damage while on their property. Damage beyond normal wear may result in replacement fees. The company is not responsible for any damage to bins, containers, receptacles or other items not provided by the company. If a customer chooses to use any bin or container outside of those issued by the company, the customer assumes full responsibility for any damage, wear, and/or loss that may occur during service operations.
Termination of Service
Either party may terminate service with 7 days’ written notice. This notice requirement does not apply to termination for non-payment, harassment, or violations of these terms, which may result in immediate service termination.
Changes to Terms
The Company may modify these Terms of Service with notice to Customers. Continued use of services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Consent to Receive Calls and Text Messages
By providing a phone number, Customers consent to receive calls and text messages from LoneWolf Trash LLC regarding service reminders, account notices, billing updates, and other service-related communications. Message and data rates may apply. Customers may opt out at any time by following the instructions provided in the message or contacting the Company directly.
Helping Hands Service
Helping Hands Service is offered free of charge to Customers aged 55 and older and/or those with disabilities.

Trash must be placed outside the residence by 7:00 AM

Trash must be in a visible and easily accessible location

Drivers will not enter gated areas, move obstacles, or handle property to retrieve trash
