Service Description
LoneWolf Trash Company ("Company") provides curbside trash collection services to residential and commercial customers ("Customers") in the Chalk Bluff, Elm Mott, Lincoln City, Gholson, Aquilla and Ross Areas. -
Service Schedule
Trash collection will occur on designated days as communicated to Customers. The Company reserves the right to adjust collection schedules due to holidays, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. -
Customer Responsibilities
a. Customers must place trash at the curb by 6:00 AM on collection day.
b. Trash must be properly contained in bags or appropriate containers.
c. The Company provides trash cans to paying customers. In the event of non-payment for services rendered, Lonewolf Trash Company reserves the right to retrieve all trash cans supplied to the customer after a period of 30 days from the due date of the outstanding balance. These trash cans remain the property of Lonewolf Trash Company at all times. By using our services, you authorize Lonewolf Trash Company and its representatives to enter the property to retrieve the trash cans if payment is not made within this 30-day period.
d. Overweight, hazardous, or prohibited items will not be collected.
e. Bulk Items: Items such as mattresses, couches, large appliances, or other oversized or special disposal items will incur an additional charge. The fee for bulk items will be communicated prior to pickup. -
Billing and Payment
a. Customers will be billed [monthly/quarterly/yearly] for services in advance.
b. Payment Due: Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice and must be paid prior to the next scheduled pickup day following the receipt of the invoice.
c. Late Payments:-
A $10 late charge will apply if payment is not received within 5 days from the invoice date.

After 30 days past due, service may be suspended, and the Company reserves the right to retrieve trash cans.

Any outstanding balance over 30 days may result in permanent service discontinuation.
d. A replacement fee will be charged for lost or damaged trash cans.

Service Interruptions
a. The Company will make every effort to provide uninterrupted service but is not liable for interruptions due to weather, road conditions, equipment breakdown, or other factors beyond its control.
b. In case of severe weather conditions (e.g., heavy snow, ice storms, hurricanes), service may be delayed or suspended for safety reasons. The Company will communicate any weather-related changes to the collection schedule as soon as possible.
c. Equipment breakdowns may occasionally cause service delays. In such cases, the Company will:
i. Notify affected Customers of the delay via [email/phone/text message].
ii. Make every effort to complete collection within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
iii. If collection cannot be completed within 24 hours, the Company will provide a pro-rated credit for the missed service on the next billing cycle. -
Liability
The Company is not responsible for damage to Customer's property unless directly caused by the Company's negligence. -
Termination of Service
Either party may terminate service with 30 days' written notice. The Company reserves the right to terminate service immediately for non-payment or violation of these terms. -
Changes to Terms
The Company may modify these terms with notice to Customers. Continued use of the service after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new terms. -

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages and telephone calls from Lonewolf Trash Company regarding your account, service reminders, payment notices, and any other important updates related to your service. Standard message and data rates may apply. You acknowledge that these communications may be sent using automated dialing systems or prerecorded messages, and you may opt out at any time by following instructions in the messages or by contacting us directly. -
Helping Hands Service
We offer Helping Hands Service to all customers ages 55 years and up and/or those with disabilities. This service is provided for free. Trash must be placed outside the residence by 7:00 AM on the day of collection. Trash will be placed outside the residence in an easy-to-see and access area. Drivers will not enter yards through gates or move property to retrieve trash.
